Our Commitment to Research...

The Center of Well-Being is committed to creating

1. Research projects to promote the importance of Principles-based programs

2. Enhanced delivery of services to schools, communities, families
and workplaces.

Even though research and evidence-based results are necessary, the true results and impact of the Principles comes from individual experience of the power of thought. It is one’s ability to draw upon their innate resiliency that creates true well-being regardless of circumstances that are currently considered major determinants.

Thoughts, feelings and beliefs about concepts like well-being are notoriously difficult to pin down, but this may be sufficient justification to give everyday insights as much validation as academic analysis.

Rosemary Sturgiss, Wholelife.org.uk

Although it is very much an informal snapshot of how lives are changing, it offers a new perspective for policymakers and professionals.
