Our Core Training Program

 

The Center of Well-Being’s core training introduces participants to the 3 Principles that are at the heart of our work.  The core training is for individuals who are interested in discovering how our well-being as humans is created and maintained.  We look beyond illness and maladaptive behaviours to the innate health that is within all of us.

 

Individuals in the health and human service professions, parents, teachers, community leaders and all other interested persons are invited to discover how the 3 Principles can enrich their personal and professional lives.

 

 

Training Goals:

 

· To introduce the 3 Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought - that function behind our well-being

 

· To understand how we create our experience from moment to moment

 

· To realize the importance of our own health in our ability to help others

 

· How to tap into our own wisdom, resilience, and common sense to guide
us in drawing out the health in others

 

· To see the logic of how the state of mind improves mental health regardless of circumstances
